Follow these steps in order. If anything breaks, we're one email away.

Install Google Chrome
Skip this if you already use Chrome
PostMyDeal.ai is a Chrome extension — it only works inside the Google Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop computer. It does not work on Safari, Firefox, Edge, or mobile browsers.
- Go to chrome.google.com and download Chrome for your computer (Windows or Mac).
- Install and open Chrome. Sign in with a Google account if you want your settings saved across devices (optional but recommended).
Already using Chrome? Jump to Step 2.

Create Your PostMyDeal.ai Account
Free — no credit card required to start
- Go to postmydeal.ai/login and click "Sign up".
- Enter your email address and create a password (at least 8 characters).
- Click "Create account". You'll be logged in immediately.
- If you're subscribing to a paid plan, go to postmydeal.ai/#pricing, choose your plan, and complete checkout. Your account will be upgraded automatically.
💡 Use the email address you check daily — subscription receipts and support replies go there.

Install the Chrome Extension
Takes about 30 seconds
- In Chrome, go to the Chrome Web Store and search for "PostMyDeal.ai".
- Click "Add to Chrome", then "Add extension" on the confirmation dialog.
- Chrome will install the extension. You'll see a small puzzle piece icon appear in the top-right corner of your browser.
⚠️ Make sure you're installing from the official Chrome Web Store. The publisher name should be PostMyDeal.ai / Cephirogroup.

Pin the Extension to Your Toolbar
So you can click it in 1 second, every time
By default Chrome hides extensions inside a puzzle piece menu. Pin PostMyDeal.ai so it's always visible:
- Click the puzzle piece icon (🧩) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- Find PostMyDeal.ai in the list and click the pin icon (📌) next to it.
- The PostMyDeal.ai icon will now appear permanently in your toolbar. You're ready.

Find Your Inventory URL
The web address of your dealership's vehicle listing page
PostMyDeal.ai needs to know where to find your vehicles. This is the URL of the page that lists all available inventory at your dealership — usually your DMS or dealer website's "Cars for Sale" page.
- Open Chrome and go to your dealer's inventory page (the page that shows all vehicles for sale).
- Copy the URL from the address bar. It will look something like:
https://yourdealership.com/inventoryor
https://www.carsforsale.com/dealer-name/cars-for-sale - Click the PostMyDeal.ai icon in your toolbar → click Settings (gear icon) → paste the URL into the "Inventory URL" field → click Save.

Make Sure Facebook Marketplace Is Ready
You need an active personal Facebook account with Marketplace access
- Log into facebook.com in Chrome using your personal Facebook account.
- Click the Marketplace icon (🏪) in the left sidebar. If you see a Marketplace feed, you're good to go.
- If you've never posted on Marketplace before, make 1–2 manual posts first before using PostMyDeal.ai. This establishes posting history and reduces the risk of Facebook flagging your account early.
⚠️ If your Facebook account is brand new (under 60 days old) or has been previously restricted, Marketplace access may be limited. Use an established account for best results.

Your First Post
The moment you've been waiting for
- Navigate to your inventory URL in Chrome (the one you saved in Step 5).
- Click the PostMyDeal.ai icon in the toolbar. The extension will scan the page and show you a list of vehicles found.
- If prompted to log in, enter the email and password you created in Step 2.
- Check the vehicles you want to post (start with just 1–2 on your first run).
- Click "POST SELECTED TO MARKETPLACE". The extension will process the vehicles with AI Vision and automatically open Facebook Marketplace, pre-filling all the listing details.
- Review each listing in Facebook, make any final edits, and publish. Done.
💡 On your first run, watch the whole process once so you understand what's happening. After that, you'll be able to start a batch and step away while it runs.
