At 2 vehicles/day, you can post about 14 cars per week. If you're working a lot with 30–100 active units, that covers maybe 15–50% of your inventory — and without the AI scraper, you'll still be filling in some fields manually.

The bigger issue is the watermark: every listing photo will show a PostMyDeal.ai badge. Most buyers won't care, but some managers or dealers might not like it.

No card required. Create your account, install the extension, and start posting. We only ask for payment when you choose to upgrade.

The Salesperson plan is built for the individual seller posting their own inventory daily. At $29/month (or $278/year), you get:

• 1 inventory URL (your DMS page)
• AI Vision scraper powered by Gemini — reads year, make, model, price, mileage, color, VIN, and photos automatically
• Facebook Marketplace auto-fill
• Photo upload (up to 25 photos per vehicle)
• No PostMyDeal watermark on photos

The biggest jump is the AI Vision scraper — instead of typing vehicle details, Gemini reads your inventory page and fills everything automatically. That's the feature that saves 3–4 hours per week.

The Salesperson plan is great for a single seller working one DMS. What you won't get compared to Manager:

• Smart queue management — auto-pacing posts to avoid Facebook flagging
• Intelligent repost — automatically refreshes older listings to keep them visible
• Priority support — faster response times

If you're posting 5 cars/day and not worried about reposting old inventory, Salesperson is plenty. If you're managing 30+ units and need to stay consistently visible on Marketplace, Manager is worth the jump.

The Manager plan is for lot managers, small brokers, and independent dealers running 30–70 active units. At $39/month (or $374/year), it's built for volume and consistency — not just posting, but staying visible over time.

The Manager plan costs $49/month (or $470/year) and includes everything in Salesperson, plus:

• Smart queue management — spaces out your posts automatically so Facebook doesn't flag your account for posting too fast
• Intelligent repost — detects listings older than X days and automatically refreshes them to stay at the top of search results
• Priority support — your support tickets go to the front of the line

Dealer · Player plans (starting at $499/year) are for multiple rooftops or inventory locations. If you're running one DMS at one store, Manager covers you completely. The upgrade makes sense when you need:

• 2+ inventory URLs (multiple stores or DMS systems)
• Multi-account Facebook control
• Per-account anti-ban counters (running several Facebook accounts simultaneously)
• Centralized queue across locations

Annual plans save you 20% compared to paying month by month:

Start monthly if you're still testing and want flexibility. There's no long-term commitment and you can cancel anytime.

Switch to annual once you've confirmed the tool saves you real time (usually within 2–3 weeks). One extra car sale from a Facebook lead pays for the entire year — on either plan.

PostMyDeal.ai is a Chrome browser extension. It runs on any computer that can run Google Chrome:

• Windows: Windows 10 or later (64-bit recommended)
• Mac: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later
• RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended (Chrome with multiple tabs open)
• Internet: Stable broadband connection required

It does not work on mobile phones, tablets, or Chromebooks in tablet mode. You need a desktop or laptop computer with a full Chrome browser.

Yes. PostMyDeal.ai works on any Mac running macOS 10.15 or later with Google Chrome installed. No differences in features or behavior compared to Windows.

No. The heavy AI processing (Gemini Vision) runs on our servers, not your computer. Any computer from the last 5–6 years that can run Chrome comfortably will handle PostMyDeal.ai without issues.

Here's what you need before your first post:

1. Google Chrome — download free at chrome.google.com
2. A PostMyDeal.ai account — create one free at postmydeal.ai/login
3. A Facebook account in good standing — personal profile with Marketplace access enabled
4. Access to your dealer's inventory page — the URL of the page that lists all vehicles (your DMS listing page)

PostMyDeal.ai is designed to work with any DMS that shows vehicle inventory on a web page. Currently tested and confirmed working with:

• Carsforsale.com dealer inventory pages
• Custom dealer website inventory pages

The AI Vision scraper can read most inventory pages even if we haven't tested your specific DMS. If you're unsure whether your system is compatible, contact us before subscribing — we'll test it for you.

Yes. You need a personal Facebook account with Marketplace access. Facebook requires accounts to be in good standing to post vehicle listings — new accounts or accounts with restrictions may not have Marketplace access.

Your inventory URL is the web address of the page that lists all available vehicles at your dealership. To find it:

1. Open your dealership's website or DMS portal
2. Navigate to the page that shows all vehicles for sale
3. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar
4. Paste it into PostMyDeal.ai's Settings when you install the extension

If your inventory page requires a login, make sure you're logged into the DMS before running the extension.

PostMyDeal.ai is the right fit if:

• You're a car salesperson or lot manager posting vehicles to Facebook Marketplace manually right now
• You spend 2+ hours per week on listing tasks and want that time back

We'd rather be honest upfront than have you subscribe and be disappointed. PostMyDeal.ai is not the right fit if:

• Your dealership's inventory is on a private intranet or requires VPN access — the extension can't reach pages that aren't publicly accessible
• Your Facebook account is restricted, banned, or under review — we can't bypass Facebook's own restrictions
• You post fewer than 5 cars per month — the free plan is probably all you need
• You're looking for a tool to post on other platforms (Craigslist, Cars.com, etc.) — we focus exclusively on Facebook Marketplace
• Your dealership prohibits salespeople from posting individual listings on Facebook — check with your manager first
• You're outside the United States — Facebook Marketplace vehicle features and availability vary by country and we can't guarantee the experience

It's a real risk that we take seriously and want you to understand before subscribing.

PostMyDeal.ai simulates natural human browsing behavior and respects posting pacing — but Facebook's automated systems can flag accounts that post in high volume, especially new or low-activity accounts.

PostMyDeal.ai is not responsible for Facebook account restrictions or bans. We build every feature with account safety in mind, but we cannot guarantee Facebook's response to high-volume posting activity.

PostMyDeal.ai automates actions that a human could perform manually on Facebook Marketplace. Facebook's Terms of Service restrict "automated tools" in some contexts, which puts auto-posting tools in a gray area.

We design the extension to mimic natural human browsing patterns, respect posting pacing, and avoid the behaviors that trigger Facebook's automated detection. However, Facebook's policies can change at any time.

If a listing gets removed, don't repost it immediately. Wait 24–48 hours, review the listing for anything that might have triggered a flag (price, description, photos), and re-post with minor adjustments.

If your account gets restricted, stop all posting immediately and follow Facebook's appeal process. Contact us at support@postmydeal.ai — we can help you review what happened.

You can upgrade anytime from your account dashboard. The price difference is prorated — you only pay for the remaining days on your current billing cycle.

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time — you keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans can be canceled too, though we don't offer prorated refunds for unused months on annual subscriptions.
