1. Service Description
PostMyDeal.ai provides a Chrome Extension that automates the process of posting vehicle inventory to Facebook Marketplace. The extension reads vehicle data from dealership management system (DMS) web pages and populates Facebook Marketplace listing forms on your behalf.
By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with PostMyDeal.ai, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase at support@postmydeal.ai and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests made after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals that were not canceled before the renewal date.
4. Facebook Marketplace — Risks & Disclaimer
By using this service, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Facebook may change its platform at any time, which could affect the extension's functionality.
- PostMyDeal.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of Facebook Marketplace complies with Facebook's Terms of Service.
- We are not liable for any suspension, restriction, or loss of your Facebook account.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use PostMyDeal.ai to:
- Post spam, duplicate, or misleading vehicle listings
- Create fake listings for vehicles you do not actually sell
- Circumvent Facebook's rate limits or access controls in ways that violate Facebook's policies
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the extension without written permission
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep PostMyDeal.ai running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with notice when possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
All code, design, trademarks, and content associated with PostMyDeal.ai are the property of Cephirogroup. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for its intended purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
PostMyDeal.ai is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cephirogroup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify active subscribers by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
